I really like the taste of this syrup, but if we&#8217;re being honest, the follow-up drink was just 1 oz of the syrup and 3 oz of bourbon, and I think it held up better. I definitely want to do more work balancing this drink, I just need a way to let the individual ingredients come through a little better rather than just tasting sweet bourbon.
