It&#8217;s a fairly simple drink that&#8217;s easy to make and good place to start with egg white cocktails.<\/p>\n<p>(recipe after the break)<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>2 oz dry gin (Plymouth or London Dry, preferably)<br \/>\n\u00bd oz fresh lemon juice (half a lemon)<br \/>\n2 tsp raspberry syrup (<a href=\"..\/?p=435\">recipe here<\/a>)<br \/>\n\u00be tsp superfine sugar<br \/>\n1 egg white<\/p>\n<p>Add ingredients to shaker and shake vigorously without ice for one full minute to emulsify the egg.
