This is our journal for experiments with cocktails and cocktail-related concoctions. We’re not professionals, and don’t claim to be great at it, but we’re keeping track of what we come up with for the hell of it, and so the next time we try to mix a drink, we have a record of what worked and what didn’t.
On the right side of the main page is a list of all the ingredients, and we’ll try to tag every recipe with all the included parts, with the exception of things like lemon juice and seltzer water. So, if you were looking for something to try out with – for example – your Benedictine, just click benedictine on the right and all the drinks we’ve made that included it will come up. If you have any questions, just leave them in the comments.
Oh, and the early pictures sucked because Jen wasn’t taking them yet. The nice ones are all her handiwork.

My good friend The Alemonger told me about your blog (he was at City Tap House yesterday afternoon). I’ve been poking around your blog a bit, and let me tell you, most impressive! While I don’t make cocktails too often, I am infinitely intrigued by them. Look forward to your future concoctions as well as reading about what you’ve done so far.
